I got my keys today!...and I wasted NO time getting in there and tearing things up. First-up...my new bedroom. I ripped-out all the carped and padding along with the gross mirrored closet doors and got the room prepped for my new bamboo flooring!

Tomorrow it's the loft and stairs and then the main living and dinning area. All this before I head off to the East Coast at weeks end to visit some friends and relax. No rest for the wicked! :)

It's happend!

The day have finally arrived. I am officially a home owner. After four (+) months of dealing with a SHORT SALE, they should be called LONG SALES, I'm the owner of a 900 sq foot 1 bedroom (with a loft) condo in So. Cal.

Crazy!

I'll keep you posted on all that goes on in my new place. New floors, brand new appliances, decorating ideas and so on...
